Without The Right Sadhana and Teacher, The Path Is Incomplete

Furthermore, I curate and lead an annual transformative Yoga and Meditation Retreat to the iconic Mt Everest Base Camp, providing an unparalleled environment for self-discovery, combines spiritual practices and inner peace amidst breathtaking Himalayan vistas.”

Handstand Coach

My passion for teaching handstands and six years of experience truly shine through me and have a wealth of experience and a really thoughtful approach to teaching handstands!
My emphasis on a strong foundation and a scientific understanding of the movement resonates deeply. I love the analogy of the tree and its roots – it beautifully illustrates the importance of those fundamental building blocks.
My belief that handstands aren’t something that takes years but it can be achieve with the right guidance. A handstand practitioner needs a solid foundation to achieve balance, control, and confidence. Without this foundation, even the most impressive handstand (the “tall tree”) risks collapsing under pressure.
Highlighting the role of breath, stamina, balance , coordination, development, inversion practice, strength, flexibility, and stability provides a comprehensive roadmap for practitioners or students. And connecting the handstand practice to benefits in other physical activities like yoga, cardio, or any sport really broadens its appeal.
The translation to a stronger back, shoulders, and core, alongside the muscle and strength development, clearly communicates the tangible benefits beyond just the handstand itself. You’ve articulated the value and the pathway to success very effectively!

Are the handstand sessions suitable for all levels, or do they focus more on those who are already familiar with yoga? It would be interesting to know how you tailor these sessions for beginners versus advanced practitioners.
