This year, we’ve added something truly special a trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,600 m).
Often called the “Matterhorn of the Himalayas,” Ama Dablam is one of the most majestic and sacred peaks in the world. Trekking to its base is beyond words a walk through silent beauty, powerful energy, and breathtaking views.
You’ll spend a full day immersed in this magical valley, practicing yoga and meditation surrounded by glaciers and peaks — a moment of pure stillness and gratitude.

About the Retreat
This retreat beautifully blends adventure, rejuvenation, and spiritual awakening set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak.

Journey to Everest Base Camp
Trek through picturesque Sherpa villages, cross hanging bridges, and walk along ancient mountain trails.
Behold panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and the mighty Everest culminating at the legendary Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for sunrise meditation above the clouds.

Detailed Itinerary
Total Trek Distance: ~130 km
Highest Altitude: 5,545 m (Kala Patthar)
Day 01: Arrival in , check in and meet at 2 pm at Hotel (1,300m/4,264 ft)
Day 02: Sightseeing and shopping in Thamel market, visit Boudhanath Temple and trek preparation.
Day 3: Kathmandu (1,400 m) – Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)
Distance: 8 km | Trek Time: 3–4 hrs
Day 4: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Distance: 10–11 km | Trek Time: 6 hrs
Follow the river through beautiful villages and cross several bridges before a steady climb to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital.
Morning Yoga and pranayama for altitude adjustment and deep stretching!
Day 5: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Distance: 3–4 km (optional hikes)
Rest and acclimatize with a short hike to the Everest View Hotel or Khumjung village for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
Morning yoga & mindful walking meditation.
Day 6 : Namche – Pangboche
(1,300m/4,264 ft) Pangboche (3,985 m)
Distance: 13 km | Trek Time: 6 hrs
Walk through rhododendron forests and pass the famous Tengboche Monastery before reaching Pangboche, the oldest Sherpa village.
Evening meditation and mountain contemplation.
Day 7: Hike to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,600 m) – Return to Pangboche (3,985 m)
Distance: 10–11 km round trip | Trek Time: 5 hrs
A breathtaking day hike to Ama Dablam Base Camp.
Surrounded by silence and majesty. Perfect setting for yoga, stillness, and gratitude practice.
Afternoon return and rest.
Day 8: Pangboche – Dingboche (4,410 m)
Distance: 9 km | Trek Time: 4–5 hrs
Day 9: Dingboche – Lobuche (4,910 m)
Distance: 8 km | Trek Time: 5–6 hrs
Trek through alpine landscapes and stone memorials honoring climbers. Views of Taboche, Cholatse, and Nuptse accompany you.
Evening breathwork for altitude harmony.
Day 10: Lobuche – Gorakshep (5,164 m) – Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) – Gorakshep
Distance: 12 km round trip | Trek Time: 6–7 hrs
Day 11: Climb Kala Patthar (5,545 m) – Descend to Pheriche (4,240 m)

Early morning ascent to Kala Patthar for the most iconic sunrise view over Mt. Everest, then descend to Pheriche.
Yoga and morning meditation top of the world.
Day 12: Pheriche – Kangzuma (3,580 m)
Distance: 13–14 km | Trek Time: 6 hrs
Day 13: Kangzuma – Monjo (2,835 m)
Distance: 11 km | Trek Time: 5 hrs
Day 14: Monjo – Lukla (2,840 m)
Distance: 13 km | Trek Time: 6 hrs
Final trek through pine forests and suspension bridges back to Lukla. Celebrate the completion of this sacred mountain pilgrimage.
Evening: Closing yoga and farewell dinner.
Day 15: Lukla – Kathmandu (1,400 m)
Morning flight back to Kathmandu.
Integration meditation and closing reflections.
Day 16: Early morning flight to Kathmandu and one more night at Hotel(1,300m/4,264 ft)

Meet Your organiser and Teacher – Tanu Bodhi
Originally from India and based in Australia since 2008, Tanu Bodhi is an International Yoga Teacher, Handstand and body movements Coach, and Adventurer.
He has trekked extensively through the Himalayas — completing the Annapurna Base Camp twice and his first Everest Base Camp in 2019.
In one unforgettable experience, he survived a night lost in the Khumbu Glacier, deepening his faith and connection with the mountains.
Tanu has since dedicated his life to sharing yoga, mindfulness, and self-discovery through retreats and workshops worldwide.
